How the Libsh Branches Differ
This overview explains the two main lines of development in the Libsh source tree and what each one is used for.
Trunk: the active development line
The trunk lives at https://svn.libsh.org/sh/trunk/ and holds every recent change. It can occasionally be unstable, yet this is where the bulk of coding and bug fixing takes place.
0.8: the current stable line
The 0.8 branch is located at https://svn.libsh.org/sh/branches/0.8 and is the stable branch at present. Its aim is to preserve a stable ABI from the first release onward. Changes made after r3675 have not been merged into it.
